We read everything and reply to most messages within two to three business days. If your message needs a fix on our end, we will tell you when it is live.
What we can help with
- Corrections and data errors. If a regional average looks wrong, a table does not add up, or a calculation produces a result that makes no sense, send it over. Including the numbers you entered helps enormously — we can usually reproduce the problem in minutes.
- Bugs and display problems. Tell us the device and browser you were using. Anything that looks broken on a phone is especially useful to know about.
- Suggestions. Missing a region, a currency, or a category you needed? Most of what gets added to this site started as a reader email.
- Press and general enquiries. Happy to answer questions about how the calculator works or where the figures come from.
What we cannot help with
We are not able to give personalised financial, lending, or tax advice, recommend a specific lender or loan product, or review your individual financial situation. We are a free calculator, not an advisory service, and giving individual financial advice would be both unhelpful and inappropriate coming from us.
We also do not accept paid placements, sponsored links, guest posts, or vendor listings. Emails offering these will not receive a reply.
Privacy of your message
Emails you send us are used only to respond to your enquiry. We do not add correspondents to a mailing list, and we do not share, sell, or pass your address to third parties.
